I have recently done PS HR Rel. 9.1 , I do not have PS experience before I have difficulty in understand the start and end of it apart from this if you can also explain me what type of job I should be searching for as Functional Implementer...  I have 6 yrs of exp in HR but fresher in PS.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the deep explanation. Peoplesoft HRMS  has three types of applications. Is these three  applications are used in oracle at a time? How can we implement it? By using these applications, can we improve our HR resources?
