Following on the heels of this morning’s press release, I’d like to announce that our Workday business process optimization
packaged service is available immediately. This has been in planning and development for a few months now, and we’d like to thank our customers who have requested this for their patience.
This service is designed to help Workday clients get the most out of their Workday SaaS investment by taking an inventory of and suggesting improvements to the business processes that feed the Workday apps. Workday is steadily progressing their SaaS-based HCM, FMS and Payroll applications with potent updates, yet many clients don’t give consideration to their business processes that must mesh with their Workday apps. Business process optimization and improvement isn’t just for ERP; in fact, to get the most out of a progressive platform like Workday, your business processes come into focus more than ever.
In addition to being one of the first partners ever in Workday’s partner ecosystem, we’re also a customer who uses Workday to run our business. We know the value of having finely-tuned business processes because we engage in that exercise routinely so we get the most out of Workday and run our operation as efficiently as we can. We see the value of this constantly, from an internal perspective. It’s an effort that pays off. Like so many other things in enterprise IT, the gods often live in the details.
