Oracle’s 6th Annual Maintenance Management Summit March 27 – 29, 2012

As a Gold level Sponsor, MIPRO would like to welcome you to Nashville for the 6th Annual Oracle Maintenance Summit. Talk and learn from other maintenance users, discuss product strategy with Oracle representatives, and meet the MIPRO Team. This year’s Summit will feature two days of general and breakout sessions with a third day of Customer Advisory Board meetings. Additionally, this year optional user training is being planned for Monday, March 26th & Friday, March 30th.

An agenda has been assembled & will be updated as the sessions are chosen and events finalized. As always, a great night of food and entertainment is being planned for everyone.

MIPRO at the KCRUG Vendor Fair

It’s time for the annual KCRUG /Vendor Fair again. MIPRO will be there in force, and our own VP of Professional Services Larry Zagata will be presenting a session on utilizing PeopleTools 8.51+ to Improve Business Intelligence. Gayla Burns will be there to answer any questions you might have about working with MIPRO.

The event will be held on Wednesday, October 19^th at the Cerner Riverport location.

MIPRO will be attending and presenting two sessions at the October 14th meeting of the St. Louis Oracle/PeopleSoft RUG.

MIPRO’s Project Manager Pam Brown will be presenting How Can HR Prepare for Fusion session. Additionally, Pam will talk about PeopleSoft Talent Managment Applications. Our own Gayla Burns will be there to answer any questions you might have about MIPRO.

Bear with me for a self-congratulatory moment?

I was so proud to receive the announcement last week that MIPRO has once again been named one of ‘Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For.’ This makes six consecutive years that we have been so honored.

I wish I could say the award comes because of our awesome HR Department – but as always, it comes down to our employees. I recently attended the national SHRM conference, and I heard so many of my peers complain about office politics, difficult employees and inflexible policies – and I just sat back and smiled. Our team members make my job so much easier – they are smart, they are funny, and they are just generally pretty laid-back. And no, I am not sucking up – they would never let me get away with that! It just comes down to this – the real reason that MIPRO is one of the Best & Brightest is because our employees are the best and brightest.

Thanks everyone – let’s go for seven in a row!

MIPRO will be in attendance at and presenting a session at the May 19, 2011 in Houston, TX. Our Project Manager Pam Brown will be presenting a session on how to get your Organization prepared for Fusion.

In addition, MIPRO’s Bob Neely will be there to answer any of your questions.

The HUG Team has put together a very full program of Keynote and Educational Breakout Sessions for Oracle JD Edwards and PeopleSoft professionals. They’ve also added some unique Roundtable Discussion Sessions for this meeting including a Panel Discussion on EnterpriseOne 9.0 Upgrades which will give participants the opportunity to question a panel of four to five representatives from companies in the Houston area that have recently completed their upgrades to Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0. Also due to the overwhelming contributions on recommended enhancements to H.U.G. generated by our PeopleSoft Roundtable Session at the Q1 meeting back in March, they’ve also added a Roundtable Session on User Group Improvements to serve as a think tank with the goal of fine tuning ideas on how to make our organization and meetings even better.
