SD3 IMPLEMENTATION/UPGRADE METHODOLOGY

Our four-step PeopleSoft Implementation/Upgrade methodology, SD3, is an agile, scalable, focused, efficient and cost-effective implementation approach, which guarantees an open and candid dialogue during all phases. The methodology is designed to encourage strong client involvement every step of the way. SD3 will establish a strong project management foundation to help deliver your project on time, in scope and at budget.

Our methodology includes audits on an interim basis within each phase as well as at the end of each phase.  These allow for optimal resource planning, review of deliverables, risk management and approval of plans to proceed. 

Phase I – Strategy and Planning

  • Refine the scope of the project

Phase II – Definition and Design
