This benefit is 100% covered by MIPRO Consulting. All eligible employees are insured for life insurance, AD&D, and Disability insurance.

We offer a flexible spending account plan for health and dependent care. This plan will allow you to make pre-tax contributions via payroll deduction into Flexible Spending Accounts.

MIPRO Consulting offers each employee the opportunity to participate in a professionally managed 401(k) plan.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
All full-time associates are eligible for 94 hours of PTO (accrued monthly) and eight (8) paid holidays per year.
