Professional Passion
As President and CEO of MIPRO, Jim is responsible for driving both the strategic direction of the firm as well as providing guidance for MIPRO’s day-to-day activities.  Jim has more than 26 years of business and management experience including holding a leadership position with a firm generating more than $340 million in annual revenues. He brings to MIPRO his experiences as a president and owner of multiple companies. Jim’s entrepreneurial drive contributes expertise in building sound business frameworks that include strategic executive management, comprehensive benefit programs, banking relationships, as well as operational and financial accounting expertise.
Prior to acquiring and founding his own businesses, Jim held the position of CFO for a large conglomerate from 1996-2000.
Personal Passion
Ask Jim to name his passion and the answer will be immediate: his family. But that doesn’t stop him from pursuing a recently discovered passion: On the advice of a friend in 2005, he bought a Harley Davidson Road King Custom to see if he would like it. Answer: he LOVES it.  He and his wife take rides locally (sometimes up to four hours long) as often as possible. The couple has been to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis South Dakota twice, taking different routes to and from the event so they can see different parts of the country on the motorcycle.

Since co-founding in the company in 2005, Jeff’s unwavering focus has been to introduce organizations to MIPRO, its people and its services. Jeff’s 20-plus years of experience includes nine years at PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for sustaining and expanding relationships with some of their most strategic accounts including Kelly Services, Ford, General Motors, Dominos and Chrysler.
Prior to his PeopleSoft position, Jeff spent almost ten years with the National Accounts Division of Automatic Data Processing (ADP). He joined ADP after receiving his BBA from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
Personal Passion
When Jeff is not preparing for a presentation or negotiation, he often finds time to practice one of his passions—photography. As a kid, Jeff took hundreds of pictures, getting them developed at Arbor Drug Stores and earning enough credits for a hot air balloon ride for two. Once married, he captured shots from trips with his wife Pam. But Jeff’s passion for photography jumped to another level once combined with his passion for being a dad. As his daughters grew, the family traveled and enjoyed a variety of activities, and Jeff captured those moments by literally taking thousands of pictures. If you’ve got an hour or two, just ask and he will be happy to break out the slide show projector.

Bernadette Sprawka

In Bernadette’s role as Managing Partner and CFO, she oversees the overall management for finance, treasury, human resources, accounting, risk management, information technology and facility management.  She participates in providing the firm’s strategic direction to enable continued success and growth.  With her extensive experience in fostering business relationships Bernadette is also responsible for spearheading MIPRO’s customer success programs.
Bernadette brings 20-plus years of business management, global customer relations and implementation experience to MIPRO. During her eight-year career at PeopleSoft, she directed a global team to provide high-tech support services to keystone clients, providing them guidance to support their projects, business objectives and strategic planning goals. She developed and fostered relationships with key customers such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors, DaimlerChrysler, 3M, Sprint, Dow Chemical, Dominos Pizza, Wendy’s International and Baxter International Inc.
Prior to joining MIPRO, Bernadette enjoyed a distinguished 15-year career with Little Caesar Enterprises in various accounting and business management positions, including Director of Treasury.
Personal Passion
What Bernadette enjoys most is spending time with family and playing with her dog Tidbit. Fall is her favorite time of year to be outdoors, and in the winter, her passion is heading to the warm weather of Aruba for snorkeling and long walks on the beach.

Larry brings more than 20 years of leadership, sales, management and delivery experience to MIPRO. He has more than 13 years of PeopleSoft ERP experience, focusing in Supply Chain, Financials and EPM. During his nine-year career at PeopleSoft, Larry held a variety of leadership positions in sales and solution delivery, assisting customers with deployment execution and strategic direction. Throughout his tenure, Larry has led multiple Fortune 500 customers to a successful PeopleSoft ERP implementation.
Larry also brings to MIPRO over five years of Business Intelligence sales and delivery experience. At Business Objects, an SAP company, he held a variety of leadership roles, including Practice Director for the national CPG and Retail practice, where he assisted some of the largest clients with sales, strategy and execution. In his role at Business Objects as Client Partner for the Advance Service Group, Larry also assisted over 200 clients in the mid-market space with the successful execution and deployment of their Business Intelligence solutions.
Personal Passion
While not helping customers with PeopleSoft, Larry spends as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters enjoying the great outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping, as well as supporting Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation “Walk for the Cure.”

Shannon Roche

Shannon is singularly focused on ensuring our clients continue to value their MIPRO experience. As a Practice Director, she is responsible for the overall program oversight of all of our Financials, Supply Chain, and Asset Life Cycle Management projects, as well as the day-to-day management of consultant activities.
Shannon brings over 20 years of process and information systems experience to her client relationships. She has spent the majority of the past 18 years focused on serving as a trusted advisor for organizations supported by PeopleSoft applications. Her experience and knowledge in the consulting arena include supply chain, financials, and enterprise asset management, manufacturing and human resources management. Her most recent focus has been on Enterprise Asset and Facilities Management solutions for clients in healthcare, power generation, retail and steel manufacturing.
Personal Passion
Shannon’s personal passion is PEOPLE. Whether spending time with her kids, traveling to visit friends and family, enjoying music festival cruises, for Shannon it is all about spending time with the people she has built connections with over the years. If you need to plan a trip or go to a concert, Shannon is the one to see (and invite!).

Jennifer Berry

In her role as Director of Human Resources, Jennifer oversees all HR-related functions, including payroll, employee relations, new hire onboarding, healthcare and insurance benefits administration, contract renewal negotiations, performance assessments and more.
Jennifer possesses more than 10 years of HR-related experience, previously working as an Account Manager for Staff Connections where she recruited and placed talent for a variety of medical positions.  She joined MIPRO in 2008 as a Systems Support Specialist, with duties including maintaining system security, performing auditing and testing for new updates, and serving as a liaison between all internal MIPRO service providers.
Personal Passion
As a dedicated mom with two children off at college, Jennifer’s personal passions are her family and exercise. Whether walking, running, weight training or going for a bike ride, Jennifer enjoys anything exercise related.  She is also an avid reader and lover of the outdoors.

Christopher S. Bishop

Chris is a Managing Partner of MIPRO Consulting and serves as an active advisor for MIPRO helping shape the company’s strategy and direction.
Chris has spent more than 14 years developing his mastery and love of the PeopleSoft product suite and during that time has served as an executive sponsor to some of the largest, most complex PeopleSoft deployments. He served as the first President of MIPRO Consulting and in that role was responsible for helping launch the company as well as driving its fast-paced growth. Prior to joining MIPRO, Chris served as the Vice President of PeopleSoft Global Services (PGS) North American Supply Chain Management practice. He has also held leadership positions at Ford Motor Company and TNT Logistics. 
Personal Passion
Chris is equally passionate about youth sports and is an active volunteer for both his daughter and son’s athletic activities. When he isn’t driving around the “family bus” to various activities, Chris can usually be found rabidly cheering for his alma matter, Michigan State University.
